Right away, we focus on identifying what has caused your baby or toddler's sleep struggles up to this point and make those changes. Ultimately, we are optimizing everything that contributes to high quality sleep so when we go into phase 2, your baby has every reason to be sleeping despite how they are used to sleeping looking different. With a personalized sleep plan, you know the approach fits your family.

Once your baby or toddler's brain and body are prepared for the change, you begin sleep training using a method you choose. You're offered several methods ranging from parent-present to giving more space. You'll implement with confidence and sustainability.

While sleep training is a one-and-done thing, sustaining it isn't. I'll help you learn how to recognize that your child's sleep needs are changing so you can adjust how sleep is offered before a regression hits. This is how you will sustain your child's new sleep habits throughout their childhood and be prepared to handle common barriers, such as teething, sickness, travel, daylight savings time, transitioning to a toddler bed, and more.

I'm the Sleep Consultant and Founder of Rested Remedies.
When my daughter was a newborn, I supported her sleep starting at 3 weeks old. By 12 weeks, she was sleeping 12 hours.
At 5.5 months, I transitioned her to her crib in her own room and by night 3 she was sleeping solidly through the night in her own space.
4 years later, her sleep is still strong. No 4-month regression. No 12-month regression. Just solid sleep.

Does my baby have to be in a crib?
No! A floor bed is fine. As long as they have their own sleep space and your goal is independent sleep, Crib Confidence Academy will work for you.
What if this doesn't work for my baby?
I get why you think this wouldn't, but as long as they are 3+ months old and your goal is independent sleep, this will work. Remember, this is not a generic program. We structure it to meet your family's needs, but especially your baby's unique needs. That's why I know this will work.
How long do I have access to this program?
For 4 weeks, you have unlimited access to the program curriculum, community, and group calls. After that, you can choose to stay in the Confidence Club as a monthly membership, easily cancelling at any time.
